1. Must be a contact that is known to you and to whom you have introduced BedBooka   
     as a Short Term Rental Management Company.
2. The BedBooka Agreement must be signed by the property owner & be LIVE on BedBooka                 systems prior to Incentive Payment being made.
3. The Property must meet BedBooka Standards/requirements and be in the
     current geographical business area of BedBooka (10/15km from CBD) 
4. BedBooka reserve the right to cancel this incentive program without notice.
